Position Overview:

Cross Care Transport is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to support daily administrative operations and leadership within our growing medical transportation company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage leadership calendars and scheduling
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Organize company documents and records
  • Prepare reports and spreadsheets
  • Assist with business communications
  • Support dispatch and trip coordination
  • Confirm transportation schedules
  • Communicate with drivers and clients
  • Monitor daily operations workflow
  • Assist with vehicle maintenance tracking
  • Manage reception area and guest intake
  • Maintain office organization and cleanliness
  • Coordinate office supplies and vendor orders
  • Oversee key management and equipment inventory
  • Support onboarding paperwork and employee files
