Position Overview:
Cross Care Transport is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to support daily administrative operations and leadership within our growing medical transportation company.
This role combines:

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
- Manage leadership calendars and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Organize company documents and records
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets
- Assist with business communications
Transportation Operations
- Support dispatch and trip coordination
- Confirm transportation schedules
- Communicate with drivers and clients
- Monitor daily operations workflow
- Assist with vehicle maintenance tracking
Office Administration
- Manage reception area and guest intake
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Coordinate office supplies and vendor orders
- Oversee key management and equipment inventory
- Support onboarding paperwork and employee files
Equipment & Facility Coordination
- Monitor stretcher, wheelchair, stair chair, and PPE inventory
- Ensure equipment storage area remains organized
- Coordinate loading/unloading support for field staff
- Track supply restocking needs
Team Support
- Assist with employee scheduling communication
- Support office morale and team coordination
- Help maintain employee lounge/kitchenette area
Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years administrative or office experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Proficiency in:

We’re looking for a creative, motivated, and organized Content Creator / Social Media Coordinator to help tell our story and grow our brand online.

Tasks include:
