If your trip is scheduled more than 5 days in advance, a deposit will be taken at the time of booking, with the full payment processed 48 hours before your trip. For last-minute bookings, full payment is required upon reservation.
Trips canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund. A 50% refund is available if you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your trip. A trip canceled within 24 hours of departure is non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, the balance from your original booking will be applied to the new trip date. Contact us to make the necessary changes.
